  1. Nice. “Make sure the folds stick” to hold those secrets inside? 🙂

  2. Haikus enchant me
    Simple words hide deep meaning
    Thanks for writing them

  3. I just noticed the rainbow lorikeet on your gravitar. Pet? I had one once in a past life.
Oh yes. I like your haiku. It is like an ebook.

    • Ha ha no I meant I have an ebook on amazon – which I’m not shouting about..

No, I haven’t had any pet birds Alice. There’s a beach house I sometimes go to (twice last year but would love to go more often) and when I’m there birds of many types visit on the deck…just beautiful in so many ways.

  4. This made me think of the “cootie catchers” we made in school. It was also so much fun to see what was written inside. Your haiku, of course, is more sophisticated. 🙂

  5. Awesome thought!! Loved this 🙂

  6. “Make sure the folds stick” – Now that’s what I call a brrrrrrrrrriliant last line. The first two lines were pretty good too!

  7. Yay, Annie, you are published. Congrats. What do you mean you aren’t shouting it? Why does the ebook have no author? Are you working on egolessness or giving without expectation of returns?

  8. The secrets will out unless the folds hold. Nice one.
