gettin’ old

ah my bones are aching, my joints and/or muscles…is it this, is it that, is it ‘just’ old age?

my glasses need bumping, one ear is less interested in hearing you…

and today, when I looked at the referral the doctor gave me for a 24hour blood pressure monitor test all I saw was ’56 year old’

I’m going through some sort of crisis and it’s not middle age my friends! (marbles intact so far)

  1. I’m right there with you Annie

    • I’m just anxious about health stuff at the moment Deb. My long trusted dr retired a couple of years ago, I like my new one and I know she’s good but you know…white coat syndrome on top of real things!

  2. Ahhh, the seven-year life change cycle, Annie. I’ve noticed it in my life. When I come to a multiple of seven year, unexpected and bewildering shifts happen. Watch, learn, keep what works, put the rest aside for another year. 😉 xoxoM

  3. Oh yes Annie, aging is the pits (but it’s better than the alternative) 🙂 xxx

  4. ah but mastering the path doesn’t necessarily come with age Philip…or at all 🙂
